Video Professor - AOL - dell

I discovered Video Professor had taken Monies from my banking account. I called Video Professor immediately. They claimed that the debit was verified. I explained to them I live alone and did not order and do not want Video Professor. I demanded my money back reminding them they just created a crime. I learned AOL gave them my information including my banking info.

I also recently learned that Dell has a hand in all of this. I'v written news broadcasts stations to do an invesitgation about this crime of fraud. I was told my money would be returned right away. I checked with my bank the next morning, no money returned.

I called again, this time being told to wait enough time for the transaction to occur. That evening I called back and was told it could take 3 days to 3 weeks. I fired up they took my money without my permission in now. And now is when I want my money back. I was told it would be re-deposited by Friday, September 29.

We shall see.
