During the 2weeks free trail period, I called to cancel my card. Later I found out they still ACH debit my account. I called them back a 2nd time to cancel.
I called a 3rd time spoke with Elizabeth at 800-760-4045 Customer Service Dept she said I could not cancel because I owed the company $70.00.
They debited $129.99 on 10/30/03 but it was supposed to be $199.99, leaving a balance of $70.00. I told her they were supposed to cancel my card on 10/02/03 enough time to cancel but they still debit my account.
