I ordered online drugs from Drugstore.com they used comerxia to deliver overseas. I have been billed and paid the visa bill to Comerxia but have never recieved the goods. Now Drugstore.com informs me that comerxia is bankrupt and Drugstore.com no longer ships overseas.
I feel i have been ripped off twice once by comerxia who took the money and ran and also by Drugstore.com
I have a order number from Drugstore.com for the amount of my transaction but they try to tell me i made the transaction with comerxia and the order number given to me is actually comerxia's number. No where on the Drugstore.com did they inform me of the fact that my order was not with them and i feel they have a reponsibility to either refund my money (since comerxia no longer exists) or provide me with my product.
And Comerxia - they should be indicted on fraud charges since they took this money almost a month ago and knew full well they would not deliver the goods. Sorry for the rambling thanks
