I had the 700 hours free trial disc, for wmconnect.com, started it in the middle of june i never even came close to using the 700 hrs. They emailed me a letter saying they were debiting my account and asked how i liked the service..

I emailed them back and told them it " sucked" and i was not going to continue their service. They cut me off that very hour. So i had no more internet. I called another internet server and got it. (much better service). We definately need a class action lawsuit on these idiots, as they have taken money out of my checking account where my ss check goes to... Thats illegal and i never gave them permission to do that anyway. I called to make sure they cancelled, and they ignore me, and are stupid and rude. And there it is on my bank statement anyway.

We are in oregon. I cannot believe all the horror stories i am reading on this from "every state". Why is the united states attorney general letting them do fraudulent and unlawful business practices this way? I am going to call my attorney general here in oregon, please call yours and maybe they can stop them and make them pay us all back.
