After reaching the end of my patience trying to contact People PC customer service due to problems with their Internet Security Pack and getting the runaround many times I searched the internet for other people's opinions about them. It seems they make a habit of screwing over their customers. Why don't we do something?
I'm ready to take the initiative and contact the FTC, state (Oregon) attorney general and a lawyer interested in initiating a class action suit.
If you are serious about making People PC accountable for their actions, please send me an email. If there is enough of a response I will contact an attorney and discuss taking action.
I won't bother you with emails unless there's enough of a response.
