I adopted the directions for grievances on the site that was to deliver this mail towards the Optus assistance group to that we obtained a return mail to get hold of them

Therefore I proceeded to do this. Fax was delivered that evening about the 6th of July, I called back I got home and was informed fax was obtained when and that I might get a reimbursement of $54.95 in 10 to 12 business days.

Excellent I thought sarcastically, 10 to 12 business days for the money which shouldnot have now been eliminated within the first place. Although I really could do about this but delay although not.

Properly after those times had handed and that I dropped behind in additional expenses due to it, I still hadnot obtained my check. And so I called and also to my shock was informed the reimbursement hadnot actually been prepared however and also they had no report of getting a fax and may I deliver the fax AGAIN. After detailing that I'd no use of a fax device and that I had delivered the fax on th 6th of July as well as named to verify it had been obtained, I had been informed the reimbursement could be prepared again and that I must obtain OUR profit another 6 business days.

Good I thought sarcastically again.
