Ripoff won't stop charging me

I called WM Connect back in APRIL to get my service cancelled. They tried to hook me up with 3 free months to stay aboard. I declined due to having a broken computer at the time.

When my bank statement for JUNE came, the fee for WM Connect had been debited from my account. I was thinking maybe it took a while for the computers to be updated or whatever.

I called WM Connect and they assured me that was the last time that money would be debited from my account. Was it? Of course not.

My bank statement for OCTOBER came and of course, money was taken from there. Once again, I called WM Connect. But, this time I got a little nasty with them.

The other day I got a letter in the mail stating that my service with WM Connect was no longer active and that no more money will be taken from my account. We'll see...

Also, when you call them, you are put on hold for at least 10 minutes and I'm not trying to be racist or anything but everytime, you talk to people with heavy accents, as if your phone call went outside the U.S.

With Wal Mart, I'd believe it. You can hardly understand them due to their heavy accents. Everything they say sounds like it is read from a script.

One guy told me that he would lose his job if I did not accept the "free" service he was offering me. Whatever...
