I ordered a diving board from this company on June 16th. My credit card was charged for the product on June 19th. After approximately two weeks had passed and I never heard back from the company on a shipment, I called. I was told that the color I ordered was no longer available but I could order a new color that looked the same.
The customer service representative (if you can call him that with his poor attitude) stated that he would call S.R. Smith the next morning to get the order changed and that he would give me a call to confirm the change. I never received a call so two days later I called again to check on the status. Once again, I was rudely told that the diving board is on order and that I will get a confirmation email "probably tomorrow".
Again, this never happened so I called again two days later and the cycle repeated itself. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you don't believe me, just give them a call and ask them a question. I have contacted them through email to cancel my order. I will see how long it takes to get the order processed. I am also reporting these people to the better business bureau. Unbeleivable! Judging by the response of the order to other complaints on this site, I am sure he will use a few curse words and blame it all on me. We shall see. Order #65772
