big time scammers!!!
Please, do NOT conduct any business with this company as they are trained scam artists! I paid 300 for three websites with voice enhancements... Then a Rebecca Coleman told me I HAD to purchase guaranteed 30,000 traffic to my websites at a cost of $3900 she told me I would make approximately 5-10,000 per month by buying this advertising and that my sites would be useless without it. I decided to give this company a chance but after a few months I was not seeing any results and asked to cancel my paid advertising. I called 1-800-226-3150 and was connected to Roy (not sure of his last name) and told him I wanted to cancel the paid advertising. Well Roy was NOT happy about that and placed me on hold for 15 minutes. He then tried to talk me out of cancelling saying I didnt give the business a chance to make me money. I told him I really did not care! His attitude got nasty then. I said send me cancellation of advertisement forms.
The company reluctantly did. Then I get a call from one of their cancellation managers who said I could not cancel and that I needed to give the sites a chance to make me money. I keep records of all correspondance and decided to notify my credit card company and let them know about The Results Group and their fraudulent activity. I was asked to send EVERYTHING I had about the Results Group. Luckily I made copies of every last thing having to do with The Results Group and the Credit Card Company was able to get my money back! Whew!!! I called today, 7/13/06 to see if they had received my website cancelled notice.
Of course I was placed on hold (No surprise there... Either you CANT get thru to customer service OR you wait on hold for a ridiculous amount of time) By the time the customer service rep came back it was 10 minutes later. She told me they had received my website cancellation request and asked me why I wanted to cancel. I would have LOVED to give her some choice words, but I simply stated that I was not receiving results promised and that I wanted to cancel and for the company to honor its money back guarantee. She said the cancellation manager would call me in the next few hours, today. Well, guess what? NO ONE CALLED! That should be no surprise. Any time you are not happy or want money back... They either stick you on hold, hang up on you, or say someone will call you back and does not. I will continue to call this company until they are thoroughly sick of hearing my name until I receive my 300 back for my website purchases. I wonder how these creaps sleep at night?
