Ripoff took money out of our account without permission or notification San Francisco California

My checking account was over drawn, and My account went over and I had no way of getting a hold of them. Has anyone else ever tried to get a hold of a account specialist at people pc. Yet through out it all my bank paid everything. I recieved fees from my bank but none from places I wrote checks to.

Any way in the mean time my computer went down. All things were finally repared. Then logged on for a week or two weeks and never saw anything about a bill being over due no charges on my account. Then one morning my account was shut down. We called and went to pay they said the account was no longer active. We started a new account for 5.95. Simple and painless.

To day I find that I have 135 dollars in over draft charges cause the lady that set this up forgot to tell me about a 40.95 charge. I still do not know why because no one at people pc can tell any one the same thing twice. All I know is I am less almost two houndred dollars simply because No one would tell me about a 40.95 charge they took out and forgot to tell me about.

No refunds is there policy and they had every right to take the money. Yeah they are sure some one told me. Well no one did.

Has any one ever found real person or a main office. The guy in charge I know a fax number and a p.O. Box. They have my vote for confidence. They took my money without permission and now my finances are screwed up. I have little miuthes to feed and nobody at peoplepc cantell us why thwy took the money exactly and there is no main office or manager or head anybody can anyone relate to this? I want answers and from where do I get them. Can somebody from peoplepc who can speak good english explain your thieving ways to me
