Great Deal Online Shopping ripoff? Ordered item payed, but no communication or response. Pietermaritzburg

I ordered a plasma ball on 31 May paid for the item but my order remains in the processing status. Despite numerous calls and emails I get absolutely no response. I left messages but to no avail. The telephones are never answered either. My order number is 3226. I see they are on Bidorbuy.Co. Za website too as user dsfonline. It looks as if I have to take the matter further with my bank too.
