I had been watting so long for my rebate (4 months). And when I called customer service to ask about it and they state that they already send the checks, and they did not know why I did not receive it. And they also state that they are unable to reissue the other checks because I did not report to them during their timeframe. (90 days).in other word, I lost my rebate money.
