As a part of obtaining high speed internet service through Comcast, I was referred on the internet to Broadband National to order the needed Modem and Notebook Adapter. Comcast made the installation and had to supply the Modem as the one from Broadband National was never received. I have been billed $102.85 by Broadband National for the two items and they have been paid for, erroneously, through Visa. I have called Broadband National every day for several days, and regardless of category (Sales, Administrative, Returns, Customer Service) I get a messaage to leave my name and number and I would be called back. I have yet to receive a response from them.
