I meticulously and painstakinly filed their rediculous rebate form.By waiting between 180 and 210 days with bill etc. Waited 10 weeks to hear "your carrier reported a change to a lower monthly rate plan or length of contract reduced" I haven't changed my plan at all. Not only that but the bill I sent even stated that. Numerous calls to inphonic have yielded no results and they bounce me around to department to department saying its an internal department but we can't reach them. Or the rebates are done by another company we hired so we can't help. This has got to stop. With so many other complaints on this company a class action must be started!
