We suddenly were charged for some supposed membership that we never signed up for and were continuously charged a monthly fee. When I called to question, I was told it would be stopped and was given a confirmation number. The next month I was again charged and called back referring to the previouse confirmation number and was again told it would be stopped and received yet another confirmation number, and now for 2 more months I have again been charged. I called, was placed on hold was told the hold time was greater than five minutes, and then during my hold time was given a recording they were closed and was disconnected. This company obviously has nothing to offer consumers if they repeatedly charge unauthorized charges to people's accounts even when told it was unauthorized. They may need to be educated what a business really is, not a bunch of fraudulent charges against innocent people, especially repeadtedly. I suggest some authority check into this scam of a company and make them pay for the wrong they have done so many!
