Ordered a complete skate board from skate 911 on January 26. The board broke in March. I e-mailed them on March 25 with the response of they only carry first quality boards, but if I would send pictures they would contact the manufactor. I have sent 2 other e-mails and called and left messages for them to call me with no response. I do not even know if they received the pictures because they will not return e-mails. My neighbor bought the same board about the same time I did and her son's board broke also.
