Signed up for one month service of their auto-responder and paid for it.
I then contacted them to discontinue service 2 weeks before renewal but did not get any confirmation of any kind to my message which was sent to customer support (the only link I could find under "contact us").
After I had contacted them they again charged my account for another month's service.
Their website contains NO contact information of any kind - no physical address, no e-mail, no phone or fax # - nothing.
Their charge notice on your credit card/debit card does contain their name and POS # which you will need to stop further charges so save it.
They have a very flashy site that promises the world but they obviously only want your bank account or credit card #.
Stay away from this site at all costs
