Recurring charges even after bank card closed

It happened again. Last month we found an unauthorized charge to Moviepluss.net on our bank statement. We live on a very tight schedule of money, so this $39.95 fee is quite a bit to us. We contacted the bank and they removed the charge and canceled the card that it was charged to (debit card). We got a new card issued and was assured that it wouldn't happen again.

This morning (Apr 6), when we looked at the bank account, it's on there again. Now we are going to have to go BACK to the bank, dispute the charge again, close the account and get a new account.

I would be interested in finding out contact information for this company. I cannot seem to find a physical or web address, contact number, contact name, or anything for them. There is no way to get them to stop, except to close our account. This is going to cause a lot of headaches for us, however, we cannot keep getting these charges.

If anyone else has had problems with this company, I would be interested in pursuing a lawsuit against them as this had cost us time, money, and sanity.
