This company charged my debit card for $84.97 on May 30. I have since spoken to my bank and had to cancel my card and apply for a new one. I had to pay for this card, as well as wait 2 weeks to receive my new card.
I spoke to the Customer Service Company that represents Ald Enterprises and was informed that they represent 20 companies and could not give me a phone number to contact Ald Enterprises, that I would need to visit their website. When you go to their website (www.adirenerx.com), you are redirected to many different websites, some which include pornography web sites.
I have spoken to 4 different people at this customer service company, and I'm going to give you all their names, just incase you get stuck with one of the UNhelpful people that I have had the misadvantage of talking to. The first one was Niki (empl.#41000). The second was Joan (empl.#39000). The third was Desiree (no employee # given and rude). The last was Latai. I have to say that she was trying to be helpful, but in the end, of course she couldn't do anything to help me either.
I demanded that I receive a credit for the $84.97 that I was charged. I was told I would have it in 2 weeks.in 2 weeks time, I still had not received my credit. I called the customer service company back again. They told me that the company, ALD ENTERPRISES, denied my credit, and that there was nothing further that they could do for me

I wanted to know the name of the customer service company that they worked for. All 4 women gave me the same response. That was private information. They could not tell me who signed their paychecks or provide me with a supervisors name either.
The only way any one is going to know that their accounts are being charged is to read your bank/credit card statements.
ALD ENTERPRISES actually had my account set up as an automatic monthly deduction. They intended to charge my account every month for the $84.97. If you see this charge on one of your accounts, notify your bank immediately and call the customer service number at 1-866-882-3186. While you will not receive too much help from these people, you can at least stop any future charges on your account by telling them to put a CANCEL on the future charges.
