I purchased a 95 cent people lookup from this company a few months back. I saw an email from them in my inbox a few hours later saying that I had signed up for a monthly subscrition when I had done nothing of the sort. I replied back the same day via customer service email and got a reply back saying they had canceled the service. I saw a charge on my debit card a few days later for $19.95, so I went back and changed the credit card number on my account, changed the expiration date and the code number, thinking that would stop them from stealing another $19.95 the next month. No joy, they apparently save the data cause they stole another $19.95 today and the original credit card data was back.
If you use their contact form, they tell you how to cancel your subscription (that you never agreed to) but just try following the directions cause there is no cancel link on their website or on your "dashboard". It appears to be impossible to cancel. I'll try to call these crooks on Tuesday and go by the bank and dispute the charges.
I see there are a lot of complaints on this company already.
