Skype is using my credit card without my permission. I signed up for there service in July wanting to give it a try. I entered my credit card and placed a 10.00 charge for future services. They have an unlimited phone service for the US and Canada for only 2.99 a month. I figured the 10.00 would last for a few months and if I liked it I would continue. I specifically did not choose to automatically renew.in fact when I login to my account it continually prompts me to select the auto-renew option.

Here is the problem they have continued to charge my account 2.99 a month since July. My account shows a 10.00 credit. Why the monthly charge was not taken from the 10.00 credit is beyond me. Second since I didn't authorize the renewal of my credit card they have been fraudulently dipping into my bank account without my permission.

I am very upset with this. I took all the precautions of limiting my exposure figuring even if I didn't use the service I would only be limited to my initial purchase of 10.00. However, since they have my credit card information they just took what they could get.

They have no phone support and attempting to report anything is a joke. Do not use them.
