Twice I have been billed a $29.00 late charge when I mailed my payment before the due date.
When I called the first time to complain they removed the late charge from my account. It's been many months since then, and I received a bill this week with another $29 charge. I called and told them I mailed it before the due date. They said they got it late and I must pay this late charge - that there's nothing I can do about it.
The one who will suffer most is Best Buy. We have spent thousands of dollars there, but will never go back again because of their billing policies. If they wish to retain customers they should get rid of HRS USA.
