When I first got this card, I loved it. Now they keep upping my interest rates so that I will never get it paid down. My interest payment is so high I can only pay my minimum payment! I called the company and they said I interest goes up when I'm late with a payment.
My payments are not sent out late, but they can say they're late if they leave it on a desk for a week before openning it! Telemarketers call our house and when I tell them why I don't care for anymore of there services, they tell if I will just call customer service, they will lower my interest.
Well, I called and they would not lower my rates, in fact I received a letter that they were going up again! I asked why and they said I had been late paying twice within SIX MONTHS. Now, like I said, I can't dispute them but I know my payments are NOT mailed late! Plus, now they add on an outrageous late fee, which puts me over the limit and I have to pay a fee for that too!
It seems that everytime I get it payed down enough to not get an over the limit charge, I get a late fee and back to over the limit again! I hate this card and if I ever get it paid off I will never do business with them again. I haven't even used the card in almost a YEAR and still I get over the limit! How can that be???
