On 3/6 made on-line order. Account was billed 3/7.3/27 website order tracking showed as "not shipped". After no receipt by 3/29 attempt was made to contact company.
Repeated e-mails were not answered. Phone listing turned out to be fax #. 411 had no information for a company at the location listed on the website.
Was able to contact credit card company and file fraud complaint and have billing reversed, BUT just want others to know before order product from this website.
