Dear Customer Support,
I am quite upset at the way I was 'helped' by the customer service team. Although Fiona was a helpful as she is allowed, and she did try, Fiona could not resolve my complaint.
I have not received my shipment and am unable to track my order using the tracking or order #'s Fiona and Toni gave me. Nor could I look it up on line to check the status of my order using their website. My tracking # is not in their system.
NueScience Order # is invalid on their web site I have been billed for the product that I have NOT received. No one could prove the product was actually shipped.
As far as I am concerned this is fraud. The people I spoke to Fiona and Toni arranged to cancel my account for any further charges. Neither person was able were unable to provide me with proof the product was actually shipped.
Fiona arranged to extend the 16 day trial because I have not received the product as of day starting today. If I receive the product in the next 15 days, I will return is with the RMA # Fiona provided.
I have reported this fraud to my Credit Card company.
I am disgusted with the blatant attempt to defraud me of money.
