$30.00 rebate offered on a cel phone was denied using the address does not match" excuse. If the matching address is so important why does onrebate.com ask for an address when the rebate is claimed rather than automatically using the invoice address? Obviously to avoid paying rebates.
Strange that a business would want to lose loyal customers who have spent thousands of dollars with them, and would have spent thousands more, for the sake of $30.00. I guess when you add up all those denied rebates, even just those listed on this website, they must think it saves money and they just don't care about keeping customers.
