Rips off consumers by losing rebate documentation, won't respond to inquiries Ripoff

I sent in seven rebates in August to OnRebate (the Tiger Direct rebate service). Knowing their reputation, I took digital photos of all my rebate forms with UPC symbols attached as proof just in case. They claimed rebates would take up to 12 weeks.

Within about a month, I got a response that one of my larger rebates was denied because I did not attach the UPC. I sent them the digital photo as proof, but got no response. I resent this photo with followups four additional times, and still no resopnse.

In the meantime, my other six rebates appeared to be going through. However, January rolls around (thats over TWENTY weeks), and so I start following up... No response, and no response again. Finally in the middle of January, they reply that my six rebate checks were on the way, but the 7th was denied due to lack of UPC. AGAIN I send them the photo, and no response.

Apparently they intend to just rip off customers by "losing" the UPCs that people send in, and then ignore them completely.

I am very disgusted that a company would attempt to rip off customers this way. I always assumed Tiger Direct was a large operation and would not be so dishonest and unethical.
