This man would like you to think he has nothing to do with when infact he is the owner of paypal. When I disputed with paypal he was responding to all of PayPal's e-mails. He also deleted the account they create when you signup, he refused to discuss this with me, giving bogus names of employees to contact. He is also a free lance software developer with a bad reputaion online for ripping people off. This company is on CNet were they offe you more software keys in return for a good comment.
Take a look here and you can see that not even giving things to people can hide the truth, If you want further proof just scroll through there comments on Download and you will see almost half are complaints of the same kind. This man is just mad somone finally uncovered who they really are. Should think again before you refuse to refund someone.
