After reading the reports posted here for OnRebate.com and then finding their unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau, I became nervous as to what would happen to my rebate that was submitted to OnRebate for a TigerDirect purchase.
As I expected, my rebate was denied. Their web site state it was due to "Conflicting Data - Address missing from Invoice." The invoice was the only invoice supplied to me from Tiger Direct.
Message to OnRebate.com: If you need the address on the invoice, tell tiger direct to put it on their invoice. OR maybe you could make it easier to fill out a rebate and spell out every rule that will cause our requests to be denied so we can prevent denials from happening... Oh wait, that would mean you actually have to pay people the rebates they have coming to them!
