I have been waiting since March for a total of $30.00 in rebates (2 submissions. That's another story). I went through the painstaking process of collecting the information, organizing it per their instruction and putting it all in the mail within the timeframe allowed. I received the e-mail alert (s) that my rebates were being processed.
It's now July, and I have zilch. I went to the OnRebate website. One rebate for $10.00 said it was approved. The second rebate for $20.00 said it was awaiting information. The OnRebate website is garbage at best and I have no way to contact them. I believe that TigerDirect needs to re-evaluate their relationship with these guys if they want to remain in good standing within the web buying community.
I have heard all the horror stories about the Tiger rebate system and now I am experiencing it first-hand. This is a hassle for me and everyone else. The only winners are Tiger Direct, and OnRebate. I hope that you can resolve this for me. That would only make me a more loyal customer.
