I have DSL "High Speed Internet" and I wasnt getting acceptable transfer speeds so I called their technical support line for assistance. The first time I called I got connected to someone who did not know what they were doing he ended up trying to transfer me and the call was lost during transfer.
So I called back a second time and i was connected to another young man who also did not know a thing. He ended up laughing at me over the phone and when I asked to speak to his mannager he hung up on me. The third time i called i got connected to a nice guy who transfered me to a nice lady who filed a report on the tecnical support "specialist" who was very disrespectful and then the lady resolved my issue... Kinda
