Rogers communications Failed Technical Support and Kept Billing Me for It

I normally wouldn't be doing this (writing a report) but I didn't know any other place where I could complain about getting ripped off. First of all, let me give you an idea of my circumstances that lead me to discovering how CRAPPY Rogers' support team is...

On August the 12th, I lost my Ipad at the airport. At the time, I had a 3G plan with the company. So obviously, I called Rogers to cancel the account. Everything went smoothly or so it would seem. The person I talked to, which I can't remember her name, said that she had cancelled my account. And that I wouldn't get charged for it in September.

One month later, can you guess what f@ck! Ng happened? Yeah! I got billed again! At first, I was obviously mad, but then I figured, it's only 20$ so it shouldn't be a big problem to solve this.

So I called again. But this time, for some unknown reason no one was able to solve the issue.in fact the first person I reached who's name is Shawn said that I reached the wrong department so he said he had to transfer me to some other department.

I don't how the f@ck this kid works but he managed to transfer me to f@ck! Ng FIDO! WTF!? Was the kid high when he was doing such a simple task?

Anyways from there the person who answered, Maxime had to retransfer me back to another person from the same department as Shawn. Now I'm obviously mad here and they just keep adding oil to the fire.

The next person to answer, who's name I won't reveal decided to hang up on me as soon as I started to complain about their crappy service. Of course, I may have offended her by not caring about her name but yeah why should I care?

I think that when I told her that I didn't care about her name and that she should just do her job, she got mad or something. LOL, why are you in tech support if you can't handle a little bit of bashing? And basically, yeah she decided that it was okay to f@ck! Ng hang up on me, WHO AT THE TIME WAS A F@CK! Ng customer! Wow, Rogers I really don't know how da f@k you guys train your employees??!

So again, I had to recall the company. From there, I talked to a woman called Vivianna and well her pronunciation was crap. Anyways, she couldn't do anything for me (yet again) and had to transfer me to some other guy.

In the end, I got connected to Jay. Who apparently has SOLVED my issue or so he says. A bit like how the very 1st gal I asked to do this task failed to complete it. This time around, I asked if I could receive an email telling me that my Rogers account was cancelled. Can you believe it??! They don't have this service! WTF? That means that no one can ever prove what they did or did not do.

Anyways this Jay is trying hard to convince me that he has cleared up everything and that the monthly billing won't happen again. He even gave me his identification number #i57003341. Anyways this whole thing made me waste almost 2: hours.
