Very frustrated!

I have tried to transfer my service because i was moving from a single home to an apartment and 3 times directpath has said everything is fine and my service would be connected. 3 times they have said on the day i was supposed to have it connected that they have held my transfer first because directv hasnt updated my new service address, second time was my service address had not been updated (which it was updated the first time) and this time its because im moving from a single home to an apartment and my account is not set up correctly. I have taken off work twice to be home so they can set up my service but still a no show!!! I have called customer service, however, cant seem to get it resolved. They have now set up another time to come out to which i will have to take off work again!!! They said they cant guarantee that it will happen on that day either. So, with that being said, im very frustrated and wish someone could just hook up my satellite so i can watch tv.
