I was informed from my roommate that there was a charge from ESBI services that I had authorized and was currently added to the local Sprint Phone bill. Upon calling and questioning the service representitve... I was told that the website www.theuseful.com had made the charges, and it was for filling out a free gift survey. Note to public any time you see one of these pop up windows with a free gift... Anything block that particular site in your internet options restricted sites. I have documented this for my archive and plan to take action. I am not the Account holder for this phone number which was billed via my "clicking"... So I believe that is charging without consent of the actual account holder is it not... We see... Very unauthorized, and I did not get an email like they stated that was a confermation of that bill... Otherwise I never would have accepted it... Nor did I ever fully fill out the survey for that matter... Advertising like this "Will" stop.
