Ripoff Residential Email Slams my phone bill for fradulent $16.41 per month

I happened to notice a 16.41 charge on my phone bill and found out Residential Email activated a service without my authorization. Customer service rep told me someone probably signed up "accidentially" when applying for something else. She told me it would be removed within one or two billing cyles.
