I found a charge of $14.95 plus a "government fee and tax" of $. 37 for a company called "RESIDENTIAL EMAIL, LLC". On my AT&T phone bill. I had no recollection of that company so I called the listed 800 number. They were quick to offer me a refund and "cancel" the service, but they did not prove nor offer to substantiate that I had ever signed up for that service and they did not dispute my claim that I had never signed up for that service. I think this is an example of third-party billing on a phone bill that is false and could be a deliberate rip off. Check your phone bill carefully and watch out for false billing!!
