There's grounds eDirectSoftware doesn't market MS OS (from what I've observed, no MS products) anymore. I am processing this criticism simply because they deserve it for promoting mean invalid or not clean XP Pro holographic Disc. And so they decided NOT provide any apologies but rather insulted people for accepting we ripped anything! I delivered the Disc to MS plus they stated it didn't qualify like a great replica! Well it fooled us.
Our program "abruptly" turned unacceptable, and also the LIVEperson aid insulted us using their first reaction with
T (eDS):' What's your bill number?'
L (me): ' Paypal Bill range: xxxx xxxx-xxxxx xxxxx '
T (eDS): ' this can just invalidate when you have mounted more often than once'
Microsoft is wiser than that and certainly will permit authorized exchanges - also for Vern... Our program was a brand new mount with just one person and complete safety. No equipment was transformed and that I haven't needed to make use of the Disc since. After I visited the MS Improvements, once we do occasionally, it abruptly discovered my OS invalid. Hmmm... Ended permit? Crucial?
And So I chalk it-up to my naivety for relying eDirectSoftware. Never again am I going to purchase from people such as this; usually am I going to examine the 'Internet for grievances; and usually am I going to note them in this light.
