A Little Crafty
No product sent though paid in full

I ordered 8 patches from A Little Crafty two weeks ago (6/16). I was suckered by the decent prices and fast delivery.

A Little Crafty claims:
Q How long before my order will ship after payment is made?
A All orders ship within 24 hours.

We unfortunately did not read the reviews prior to ordering.

I contacted them last week (6-21-12) via live chat. She claimed her mom died and she'll ship it out tomorrow. Order still shows as processing and we have received no product.

Since then the live chat has been removed and I left 2 messages via live chat, attempted to call, and email with no return. It is now 6-29-12.
