I sold a turbocharger on ebay and got paid thru paypal. The customer claimed he had not received the merchandise and as a rselut, paypal limited my account and gave the person a refund even thought they kept the merchandise.
Now i have no merchandise and i dont have the money either. The person has both. PAypal quickly remove them money, yet they refuse to return the money. Funny how they can do it on one way and not electronically return the money, even though i provided tracking information that proved the perosn got their package. Paypal sent a letter asking that they return the money or the merchandise but will not limit thier account or force them to do so. Nor will they return the cash. They have since stopped answering my emails.
