Paypal honored a buyers dispute on our account and gave them their money back and didn't request that they return our merchandise. We sold a baby monitor that worked just fine when we had it and the customer claimed that it didn't worked properly and wanted a refund. Not only did paypal believe the customer but they also, didn't require them to return the item before giving them a refund. They suggested that we contact the customer to return the item. They are completely unfair and unethical. We don't have an item but the customer has both. This is completely ignorant and biased and unacceptable behavior for a company such as paypal.
How can we win against this kind of foolishness.
Just concerned.
