Ripoff dropshipping eBay affiliate program business scam fraud rip-off

This company is a complete ripoff! First, they often ship products that are broken or missing parts. Secondly, they ship incorrect products repeatedly! Thirdly, they do not ship within 24-48 hours as mentioned on the site, and they do not normally respond within this time frame either. Orders are often on hold for sometimes months before finally getting cancelled.By this time your credit card is charged (despite saying that it was not in the e-mail they send you!) And, they issue you a credit forcing you to make another purchase from them. There is also never any explaination as to what items were not available. Some items get shipped and some don't. Sometimes the order is cancelled but the product order is still in the catalog. (Why was it cancelled? Who knows!)

Another problem with this company is that anything over $400 is required to be wire transferred or money order mailed. This makes it next to impossible to make large orders. I imagine the reason for this was because they have screwed so many people over that they had alot of charge backs. (Which is the only way they can possibly get screwed back!)

I have received poor reputation as a reseller for this company due to their poor service. When they were contacted about problems with the products that they had shipped, for example incorrect products being shipped to the customers. They expected the customers to ship back the product at their expense. Often when this happened, the correct product was never shipped back to the customer, even if the customer shipped the product back to them!

The repsonse from customer service is just as poor as everything else, AK, the person who seems to be in charge has the kind of attitude that if you don't like the way they do business then you can go to Wal-Mart. (Actual words!)... This is the kind of response I received when an order of two PSP games and a PSP case was shipped with a Nintendo DS case instead. (This is a $6 item, why would any business in their right mind risk losing a customer over this?)

As far as their website is concerned, this company is supposed to be a wholesale company to online e-commerce websites, but often they change stock & prices without any way for their customers to keep up with it. So often you may sell an item at a price that is above the original price they had it for, but then they change it and you had no way of knowing and you end up losing money. This is how they trick alot of eBay sellers. New items often are put up at one price but shortly after going off the new item list, it goes up in price. The shipping weights are also incorrect, this allows them to profit from higher shipping rates. Many times items that are listed at 25 lbs which are actually 10 lbs. Many eBay sellers will find that they lose more money because of this.

Also, their Live Support never works, and they don't list their phone number (I wonder why?)... I got a phone number from BBB but nobody answers. The BBB originally had an A or AA rating for this company when I first started using them, but recently their rating has dropped down to F which means they are most likely a Fraud!

Some items listed on their website are also misleading or inaccurately described, for example some list accessories that are not included but state that they are included. Also, some items are shipped as a different color than what is listed. Almost every multi-region DVD player does not work as described (does not play multi-regions!) Most of the Xbox, PS2, PSP, GameCube Bundles usually ship with different games and accessories than what is listed.

Believe me, this is a very short list as to what problems you can have with this company. I know I haven't said everything that has happened to me but it's been a big pain to deal with them. I have since completely quit doing business with them, but my most recent transaction was to use the credit that they had issued (due to cancelled orders!)... I as usual had one ordered cancelled again... And then after placing another order the items I originally wanted were back in the catalog... Then they shipped the incorrect products again. Anyways, the response I received prompted me to make sure that everybody knows what kind of company this really is.net Dropshipper is a Scam, a Fraud, and a Rip-Off! Do NOT order anything from this company!

Thank You.
