On March 1 I placed an order for some skate shoes for my son. The shoes were $47.88 with shipping. I had a $35.00 gift certificate that they assured me via their website instructions that they would apply to my order. They stated that they would authorize the full amount then apply the gift certificate and ONLY charge me the difference.
Well they authorized and charged me the full amount and I never received any emails other than the auto replies to my many follow up emails asking someone to call me to straighten out their error and tell me the status of my order. They do not give a telephone number on the website, I did locate one at the BBB website but it is only a recording and it says contact them via email and hangs up on you.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB (they have an unsatisfactory record for doing to tons of people what they have done to me). I am out $47.88 and my brother in law is out the $35.00 for the worthless gift certificate he purchased (not to mention the shipping fee they charge for shipping nothing). This is quite a scam they have going! They made almost $90.00 between the two of us and WE HAVE NOTHING to show for it.
Please please please do not place any orders with them unless you want to be ripped-off too!!
