After placing an an online order with a gift certificate, I was charged for the full amount.
When I questioned the charge and asked for a refund, the "customer service" department was extremelly rude and placed the blame on me, even though I followed the instructions on the certificate. Their comments were:
"If you were a company and had hundreds of orders, what would you do with that? No one knew it was a gift certificate so I guess they simply ignored the comment."
When I told them I didn't appreciate the tone of their email and that I was simply following their instructions, they responded:
"Hey, we aren't mind readers like you expected! You may NOT order here again. Just try it!"
If I had known the company was run by children I would not have ordered in the first place. I most certainly will never do so again, and everyone else would be wise to avoid them as well.
