All they can tell me is what they CAN'T do - and they won't honor my certificate

I placed an order with this so-called "official" website last month, using a $50 gift certificate. After waiting and waiting for my order, on the date they gave me as the "deliver on or before" date, they send me an email telling me my package has been returned. I did not request this - I've been waiting a ridiculous amount of time for the item already!

I emailed "customer service" and got an automated email that was worthless, and that told me to call their number if the email didn't answer my questions. Surprisingly (not!), the email failed to provide the number. I finally found it buried within the website, and after arguing with their phone mail system, finally got a representative. She told me "I can't" track your order. "I can't" give you an answer. "I can't" place the order for you again. "I can't" honor your gift certificate until it has been revalidated in 3-5 business days - and it's MY responsibility to call back and see if this has been done! All she could tell me what what she couldn't do, and she didn't help me at all! They messed up the order and they lost the tracking information and they issued the gift certificate, but apparently it's my problem. They "can't" do anything about this.

This website is a joke, and the "customer service" is beyond useless. I will never place another order with this company, and will advise anyone and everyone I know to avoid them as well. They definitely rip off their customers!
