I mailed my rebate within time allowed 187 days. Received a email saying I was denied. I called and was told it was a mistake and given a confirmation number of # 63689340 and told was all set and a check would be mailed.
Weeks went by and no check, called again and was told I was too late. She (Deanna) said it was received on 10/01. I bought the phone on 3/28. The rebate said mailed between 150 days and no longer than 210 days post marked. She told me it was too long, I told her I added the days on a calender and I was right on time. Again I was told it would be taken care of by a supervisor named (Amanda) and told 2-4 weeks processing 2/03/06.
Again no check called again and (Juanita) said it was a mistake and again it would be taken care of. Waited and again no check, called again 3 weeks later and was told no and that my pappers was received in november not oct. 1. Then she said to re file because they had no papper work. The supervisor named (Camou) said do what I had too do and there would be no rebate. This is Verizon Wireless and this same company did this to me with Cingular wireless rebate of $60.00. This rebate was for $75.00.
I have a crippling disease and the stress makes it worst and trying to raise a family on a strick budget leaves no room for companies like this to take food out of my 8 year old daughters mouth for their profits.
