My rebate was submitted in July. I received a card informing me that I failed to submit the original purchase receipt and that they could not honor my rebate request until it was received.
I contacted the company and was told on August 11th @ 5:13 P.M. That I could fax it to them which I did within 30 minutes. I waited several weeks and called and was told that they had received it and that it was valid and that I should receive my rebate within 7 - 10 business days. I have never received my rebate.
I called two weeks ago and it was investigated and I was apologized to like so many times in the past and told that I should receive a check within 7 - 10 business days. Again I was patient. I called again today and was told... Again, that a check will be mailed out within 7 - 10 business days from November 26th. I spoke with the supervisor of the call center, then to his supervisor and got nowhere. I have been in sales my whole life and believe me this is no way to treat a customer. I believe I have been more than patient and refuse to be so any longer.
