When I decided to use this website to get medical advice, I was told to pay $35 dollars for an urgent response. So I went ahead and did that.
Two days later, I got an email saying that the doctor has replied. So they gave me a link to see the answer, and when I clicked on the link, the page did not even exist. I continued to attempt opening this page, and it did not work. So I thought it was just the link, so I logged onto my account, and went to the consultation, and which I clicked on my question, it redirected me to an error page as well.
So I just paid $35 dollars for an urgent question, and it has been well over a week now, and I still have no answer. On top of that, I have emailed the company three times asking what is going on, and I have not recieved a reply yet. I demanded a refund, so they are probably ignoring me.
