Poor Service Long Order Processing time, Fail to honor warranty Dishonest Ripoff

On 3/25/05 I purchased a Computer motherboard and CPU Combo from Isellsurplus.com.in December It broke, and I filed for a RMA (Return Merchandise), and sent it back for testing and replacement. Isellsurplus received it on 1/5/06. It took them over a month of testing to finally decide to replace this order.

On 2/7/06 I received a pre-shipping notification, but it was going to be shipped to my old address. I had updated my address with my account page on their website months ago, but this doesn't change the address on the past orders page, and even though I had included a paper stating I had moved, and please ship to my new address, plus putting my new address on the outside of the box, they still were going to send it to my old address. This is not the first time this has happened with an order from them. Up to this point, I had e-mailed them twice to inquire on the length of time to make a determination on my RMA, with never a reply back, but I e-mailed them again telling them I had moved, and please re-direct this shipment to my new address. This time I received a reply on 2/8/06 saying, The package is actually still on our shipping dock waiting to be picked up.
We will change the address. It will go out today.

As of today, 2/23/06 It has yet to be shipped out. I am still waiting for my order. I have sent two e-mails asking about the delay, and letting them know I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and Consumer affairs division, and contacting the Arizona Attorney Generals office. I'm still waiting for my warranty replacement to arrive.

Their Computer products are of low quality. Many items I have ordered broke within the year. 1 Video card, 2 memory chips, 2 power suplies, 2 Hard drive fans, 1 Motherboard CPU Combo. Their shipping takes three times longer to process, and and 3 times longer to ship out than any other online store I have done business with. They don't e-mail you about problems or delays, nor do they answer your e-mails unless it suits them.

I Have filed 2 Complaints with the BBB. 1 Report to Complaints.com, 1 report to resellerratings.com, 1 complaint to Attorney general.

I will not be doing business with them ever again. Stay away from this website at all cost!!
