Ripoff poor customer service horrible quality lies

I ordered a garnet pendant from this company on ebay. I could not pay through the "pay now" button on ebay, but was redirected to their website. I paid immediately, never received confirmation of my payment. The money was taken out of my account, but I was worried about it so I sent an e-mail. It took them two days to e-mail me back, but they were evasive in their reply.

Four days later I received an e-mailing confirming my order. This e-mail stated that the item was shipped out on the 13th of August, and that it would arrive in 7-10 DAYS. That seem like a rather long time considering my s&h was $5 for a 1cm pendant, but I didn't think anything of it.

Thirteen days later I still had not received my shipment, so I tracked my order. The tracking number did not work. I e-mailed them three times before I received a reply. They told me they didn't track orders, but I paid $2 for insurance and received a tracking number. What was the point of making me pay for insurance and giving me a tracking number if they DO NOT track? They also changed the amount of time it takes for an item to arrive. It went from 7-10 DAYS to 7-14 BUSINESS days. It could not possibly take that long for first class mail to arrive, especially not at the amount of shipping I was paying.

I replied to their e-mails, they never replied back. I go to my mailbox today and I have a package from them - shipped on the 25th of August, not the 13th. I paid $7, in total, for shipping and insurance, I received no insurance, and the shipping costs couldn't have been more than maybe a $1. I was also lied to, still have not received a reply to my last e-mail. I even called the company and they never picked up the phone. Their hours stated on their voice mail was 9:15 AM until 5:45 PM EST. I called at 5:00 PM.

I would NEVER, EVER do business with this company again. I am completely shocked at how poor their customer service is and how ambiguous their replies are. I was basically sent an advertising every time they replied, not an actual answer to my question.
