Ripped me off for shipping, testing bad parts, and warranty

On 1/5, I ordered a barebones PC ststem from this company via credit card. I paid for shipping, testing, and installation.

The system arrived 1 week later, but it would not boot properly. After spending 2 hours contacting (non toll-free) tech support, we determined via testing that the computer had shipped with faulty RAM (even tho I paid for testing). I was then told to pack the computer back up, send it back, they would replace the RAM, test the system, and reimburse me for shipping.

1 week later, th PC arrives. If looks untouched to me, save for a post-it note attatched that says MOTHERBOARD REPLACED. Motherboard? It was the RAm that we determined faulty. And they didn't re-imburse me for shipping. Oh well, I think; they know more than me. I try to start it up. Nothing. Same issue. I am then irate & try to call customer service. I say 'try' because, from this point on, it takes me ONE WEEK to reach anyone. Everytime I call (at my expense) I get a recording. Every message I leave for a WEEK goes unanswred. I e-mail every day, until I have to write a letter threatening legal action unless someone ships me a working stick of RAM within 72 hours before someone finally responds to my e-mail.

This is the response I get:

So, I wait. 2 weeks. Nothing. Again... No one answers the phone or my e-mails. After again threatening legal action, I get this response:

Orders for small, single items (such as memory) are shipped via U.S. Mail. Unfortunately the USPS does not assign tracking data to its packages, so we cannot provide a tracking number for your order. Your order is currently in-transit to you, and you will receive it very shortly. We apologize for any inconveniences.

So, I call them an FINALLY, after over 1 month, I get a person... Who proceeds to tell me that my RAM will not be sent because I havent shipped the bad RAM back, my warranty is now void, and I will not be being reimbursed for shipping. All of this in a tone slightly above rude.

I cannot even ship the faulty RAM back for a replacement now because the 20-day warranty expired while they had me on phone-tag. I'm stuck. I'm out over $300, and i don't know what to do next. The boss called me a liar when i told him I never reached anyone on the phone, until I played him dated tapes of the messages I left. Avoid at all costs, people!
